It’s been a season of two halves really with great promise shown in the early part but a combination of loss of form, disruption and injuries seeing us fall away in the second half of the season. That said, I don’t think anybody at the club would have imagined that we would achieve the progress that has been made during the last 12 months both on and off the park. This time last year we were travelling to Fraserburgh for the final game with just Adz, Hastie and I confirmed signings for the following season and so to have so many good players tied up going forward is a great platform to build on. Hopefully the club being more stable will let us attract the quality we are looking for.

It was frustrating to have the Wick game called off a second time and caused chaos with our fixture list but at least I have managed to get a couple of trips home out of it! We are aiming to finish the season on a high before an end of season trip to Newcastle.

However, before that I would like to thank everybody involved with the club for their efforts this season including the fans, the committee and all of the volunteers who do a great job for us. Hopefully you can all be rewarded in the form of trophies come next May.
