Midfielder Ross Still took the Young Player of the Year trophy as he was appreciative of the backing from his fellow players after a delayed start to his Huntly career.

“It’s brilliant to get this award and I appreciate the players voting for me. I started the season suspended and then I got injured but I got back into the team in October and I was happy with how I played and I managed five goals too.

I’ve managed to get myself into the team regularly since my debut and I feel like we’ve all improved under Tommy and Andy.”

I had Robbie in my top three - you can't overlook any forward with that sort of goal return.

The Fans, Officials & Players broadly had the same group of players. I concurred with one of their number one selections. Of course, the context was poor league placing again and no cup success to talk of.

If I were mischievous, I would comment on the absence of Robbie by the Officials in their top four. But I'm not, so I won't.
