We now head into another home game this evening against a Lossiemouth side which beat us two-nil on their own patch back in early September. Charlie Charlesworth’s side will be looking to build on their second half display at Fort William where they came from two nil down to take a share of the points.

I was impressed with them through at Lossie and they broke well on the counter attack, they were quick and they were sharp and gave us a tough game.

We’ll need to play like we did on Saturday against Fraserburgh and like we did against Wick before Christmas were we go and compete with other teams and move the ball sharp picking up runners. It’s up to us, the players have been doing well in training and we need to take those positives going forward. We’ve had three draw out of last five home games and we now need to build on that to end the win-less run and get a bit of momentum going and get some points on the board.

We made a number of changes against Fraserburgh with five of those who started impressing in in our most recent Aberdeenshire League fixture. Sometimes you can be forced into changes through sickness and injuries but we wanted to get on the ball a bit more and the players who came in did well. We should get some more players back for tonight, hopefully Michael (Clark) is feeling better and Adam (McNamee) is not working and we might even take in one or two of the under 20s and look to give them a chance.
