Huntly have added to their squad ahead of tomorrow’s opening Highland League fixture with Turriff United with two of the trialists who featured in our 3-3 draw with Aberdeen University earning themselves contracts at the club.

Former Deveronvale winger Felipe Da Silva joins on a two year contract and impressing when he came off the bench on Wednesday. Da Silva (19) spent two seasons at Princess Royal Park made 32 squad appearances for the Banff club and also spent some time out on loan to junior side Deveronside.

Joining Felipe in signing is Cooper Brown. Brown (17) who plays as a forward played in the latter stages of the friendly match on Wednesday and prior to signing on at Christie Park had played in the Aberdeenshire amateur leagues.
