Huntly have put two of their young players out on loan for the remainder of the season.

Christopher Hay and Ben  Leslie have went out on loan to junior side Glentanar.

Right back Leslie (20) spent time on loan with the Aberdeen-based club last season while Hay (20) who plays on the left had a loan move with junior side Lewis United.

The pair were key players in the Aberdeenshire League winning side of last season and Co-Manager Tommy Wilson was keen to help them get regular playing time.

“The pair of them have been training with us every week and doing well but unfortunate it’s difficult to give them game time in the first team. The best option was to get them out on loan, get their match fitness up and see how they progress as they’re both good players. We’d be looking to get younger players to the club and through the ranks and give them time out in the juniors as you’ll learn a lot playing against players at that level.”
