After two victories at Fraserburgh in their last visits to Bellslea Park, Huntly Manager Dave McGinlay was disappointed to leave the Broch empty handed yesterday.

“Playing against Fraserburgh at Bellslea you always knew you’d be under pressure. The opening goal was speculative to say the least but from then I felt we started to take hold of the game. The equalising goal saw great movement from Andrzej to score but his second was an excellent finish.


Being 2-1 ahead we looked comfortable going forward and I couldn’t see where they would get back into the game but when they changed their system with three up front and I felt we’d counter that by going with an extra man up front ourselves to make them try stretch the game. Sometimes those changes work, sometimes they don’t.
