A solitary headed goal from on-loan Elgin City winger Aidan Sopel saw ninth-placed Huntly secure a one-nil win over eighth-placed Wick Academy.

Huntly Manager Martin Skinner was pleased to end the season with a six game unbeaten run.  Skinner praised the contribution of former Keith player Bradley Manson who has impressed since holding down a regular place in the side in recent weeks.

It’s now five games without a win for Wick as Manager Thomas McKenna admitted there wasn’t much between the two sides.
