Huntly’s Bellslea hoodoo continued as they conceded seven goals at Fraserburgh for the third consecutive season.

The home side were without the injured Michael Rae and Gary Harris while Huntly went into the fixture with the suspended trio of John Farquhar, Kai Ross and Nathan Meres as Captain Ross Still and top scorer Declan Milne were ruled out through injury. Buckie Thistle 4 Huntly 2 (Breedon Highland League)

Huntly twice led against fourth-placed Buckie Thistle before going down to a 4-2 defeat at Victoria Park in a game which was not short on controversy and incidents.

Buckie were without goalkeeper Daniel Bell and defender Kieran Adams through work commitments while John MacLeod, Sam Robertson and Shaun Carrol remained injured. Huntly’s loan signing Declan Milne was ineligible against his parent club while Alexander Thoirs (work commitments) and Paul Esslemont (injured) missed out. Huntly 3 Clachnacuddin 0 (Breedon Highland League)

Huntly secured their first home win over Clachnacuddin since 13th November 2010 with a three-nil victory over the Lillywhites.

Ross Still and Alexander Thoirs were both still suspended while Manager Martin Skinner was back in the dugout after serving a one match ban. There was one change from the side which lost at Formartine the week before as Euan Storrier replaced John Farquhar in goal. Clach went into the game with a number of players missing with Martin MacDonald, Blair Lawrie, John Cameron the notable absentees and Scott Graham suspended.…

Formartine United 5 Huntly 0 (Breedon Highland League)

Huntly suffered defeat at a wet and windy North Lodge Park as the visitors were blown away in a five-nil defeat to Formartine United.

The black and gold’s had Ross Still and Alexander Thoirs both starting two game suspensions as Declan Milne and Christopher Hay returned to the starting eleven. Manager Martin Skinner had to sit this game out as he served a one game touchline ban.…

For the second season running, Huntly and Fraserburgh had to settle for a share of the points at Christie Park as the visitors came from behind twice.

Huntly were missing Christopher Hay through work commitments as Alexander Thoirs and Kai Ross both came into the starting eleven with Declan Milne dropping down to the bench.
