Huntly FC today announced the signing of a new two year deal to sponsor the First Team Away Strip with Safelift Offshore Ltd, the Inverurie based market leader in the design, supply and manufacture of handling equipment to the Offshore Industry.

The sponsor agreement for seasons 2016/2017 and 2017/2018 is a continuation of the agreement first signed in 2011, making Safelift Offshore Ltd the Club’s longest continuous sponsor.

Tom Christie, HFC Commercial Director welcomed the agreement

“I am delighted we have reached agreement with Safelift Offshore Ltd to continue as sponsors of the First Team Away strip for a further two years and hopefully beyond.

Safelift are a highly regarded, progressive company and our continued association with them can only enhance the Club’s growing reputation. I would like to record my thanks to Managing Director Peter Innes for progressing discussions on the extension of the current agreement so quickly. Peter is a long time supporter of Huntly FC and understands everything we are trying to achieve on and off the park. His continued support is greatly appreciated by all at the Club”

Safelift Offshore MD Peter Innes was delighted to continue his company’s association with Huntly FC

"We are delighted to extend our sponsor agreement for the First Team Away Strip of Huntly FC. Safelift has been involved in supporting Huntly FC for a number of years and we are delighted to extend this as the Club continues to develop and grows.

As a fan myself, I have been very impressed with the enthusiasm and commitment of the Chairman George Clark and the board and their determination to put Huntly back where they belong, at the top of the Highland League.

We are positive that the support Safelift Offshore Ltd can offer will assist with this ambition and will be beneficial to both parties."
